Biografia:
Born in Udine Italy, Marco holds a Master of Arts degree in Corporate Public Relations from the University of Udine in Gorizia (2007). His thesis was entitled "Emotions, Trust, Relations: Measuring The Quality of Relationships Between Reason and Feeling". He began his PhD studies in June 2008 at the Institute of Communication and Health, Università della Svizzera Italiana where he also works as a research assistant. During the last few years he gained expertise in various sectors, such as PR and media relations, event management, web content management, and in the research field, functioning as project manager and coordinator of various organizations and associations in Italy and abroad. Among the most important experiences, he worked as a planner for the Savonlinna Institute for Regional Development and Research, University of Joensuu (Finland), (August 2005 - August 2006) and as press officer for the Province of Gorizia (in 2007). He has also held positions as a research assistant, project manager for several different projects, and consultant for laboratories and departments within the University of Udine. Since July 2005, he has worked as a free lance journalist and is an active member of UniFERPI, the students’ branch of the Italian Federation of Public Relations.
